The Inkfluencer | Sales & Integrity Agreement

 

1. The Security Pledge (Social DRM)

• I understand that every Advance Review Copy (ARC) I download is embedded with a unique, invisible digital watermark (Social DRM) linked directly to my name, email, and IP address.

• I agree not to share, upload, or distribute these files to any third party, public forum, or piracy site.

• I acknowledge that any leaked file traced back to my unique watermark will result in an immediate permanent ban and potential legal action from the copyright holder.

 

2. Review & Sales Integrity

• Honest Reviews: I agree to provide honest, original reviews. I will not use AI-generated text or plagiarize other reviewers.

• Disclosure: In compliance with ASA/CMA (UK) and FTC (US) guidelines, I will clearly disclose my relationship with The Inkfluencer by using tags like #ad or #gifted in all promotional content.

• Sales Tracking: I understand that commissions are only paid on verified retail sales tracked via my unique link. Any attempt to "game" the system (e.g., self-purchasing to trigger commissions) will result in account termination.

 

3. Data & Privacy

• I consent to The Inkfluencer logging my IP address and device metadata during sign-up and downloads for the purpose of protecting author intellectual property.

 

4. Termination

• The Inkfluencer reserves the right to revoke access to the platform at any time if a "Red Flag" is triggered in the Risk Ledger (e.g., multiple account registrations from a single IP or suspicious download patterns).
