These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") outline the expected behaviour for all users engaging with The Inkfluencer's ("we," "us," or "our") platform, including posting reviews, comments, participating in forums, or interacting with other users, authors, and influencers. By using our Services, you agree to abide by these Guidelines.

Our goal is to foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive community that celebrates the love of books and supports creators.

3.1. Be Respectful and Inclusive

• Treat Others with Kindness: Engage in respectful and courteous interactions. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, personal attacks, or discrimination of any kind (based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, etc.) will not be tolerated.

• Constructive Criticism: If providing feedback or criticism, ensure it is constructive and focuses on the content, not the individual.

• Respect Diverse Opinions: Our community embraces a wide range of opinions and tastes. Disagree respectfully.

3.2. Maintain Authenticity & Honesty

• Genuine Reviews: All book reviews and recommendations should be based on your honest opinion and reading experience. Do not post fake reviews or manipulate ratings.

• No Impersonation: Do not impersonate any person or entity, including authors, influencers, or other users.

• Transparency in Promotion: If you are an influencer, author, or publisher promoting content, ensure you adhere to all disclosure requirements as outlined in your respective agreements and our Terms of Service.

3.3. Protect Privacy & Personal Information

• Respect Privacy: Do not share personal or private information about yourself or others (e.g., addresses, phone numbers, private conversations) without explicit consent.

• No Doxing: Do not publish private information about others with malicious intent.

3.4. Keep it Relevant & On-Topic

• Focus on Books & Reading: All content should primarily relate to books, reading, authors, influencers, or the literary community.

• No Spam or Self-Promotion (Outside Designated Areas): Do not post unsolicited advertisements, spam, or excessive self-promotion outside of designated areas (e.g., your influencer storefront, author profile).

• No Malicious Content: Do not post links to malware, viruses, or phishing sites.

3.5. Respect Intellectual Property

• No Copyright Infringement: Do not upload, share, or link to copyrighted material (e.g., full ebooks, audiobooks, unauthorized scans) that you do not own or have permission to share.

• Give Credit: If referencing or quoting others' work, provide appropriate attribution.

3.6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates these Guidelines, please report it to us immediately at [Your Support Email - e.g., support@theinkfluencer.com].

3.7. Enforcement & Consequences

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to enforce these Guidelines. Actions we may take include:

• Removing content that violates the Guidelines.

• Issuing warnings to users.

• Temporarily suspending user accounts.

• Permanently terminating user accounts.

• Reporting illegal activities to relevant authorities.

Our decisions regarding enforcement are final.

3.8. Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
